    Default FN AR in 308?

I was at stortsmans today in the springs and took a look at the Winchester SX?, it is the FN AR in cammo.

Anyone have any thoughts? The price was nice compaired to the DPMS and the weight was good. Mags are hard to find and it looks like breaking it down would be hard.

Let me know what you all think, I NEED to get me a 308 soon.

I saw that there too. I like them a lot. The FN AR I fondled a while back was nice but a bit heavy. I've heard they're same raged hole accurate, and mechanically very similar too the Browning BAR. Get it, you really need it. It wants you.

I have the FNAR 20" heavy fluted barrel. It's a tack driver, low recoil, easy follow up shots. Not as easy to carry or handle then other semi auto .308's. Comes with 3 different cheek pads and butt pads to accommodate just about any shooter. Pain in the ass to field strip, but other than that it's a great rifle.

Not sure I can get past the camo, like my evil black.

Also concerned about mag availablity and cost, I like to have 10 or so and at 75-85 per this would really push up the cost.

FNAR mags are actually easy to find vs their damn SPR mags.

Yeah if you're a lefty you might try to find someone (someone on here's gotta have one right?) to let you shoot it before you buy.
