Is this real or a fake

I want a UBR stock and found this place selling for $50-75 less then everyone else.
Its a airsoft site, http://www.airsoftgi.com/product_inf...oducts_id=5646 is this a fake or some special airsoft only model that magpul makes.
I want the best price but I dont want a fake product.

Yeah, I figured it must be a toy model, price just to good
Anyone selling a used UBR, $250 for a new one is to rich for me.
