    Default Firebird, Wounded Warrior Project Rifle

    As you may know, I am a member of Team Firebird and have since started to use a Firebird rifle as my match gun. One of our Sponsors is the "Wounded Warrior Project" that helps injured soldiers as they attempt to return to a life of normalcy. We have put together the rest of our sponsors, Firebird, Burris, JPRifles, Ace, Ergo, Triangle to build a top drawer match rifle.

    I have tickets to sell for $10 each. 500 were printed. And ALL the money goes to WWP!

    Mark, put me down for 2 tickets please. Let me know what USPSA matches you might be at or PM me your address and I'll mail the money to you.

    If you show up at the Pueblo match this Sunday, I suspect you would sell them all. Send Jerry or Lizard the info and they might be able to get an email out prior to the match to everyone so they can bring extra funds.

    I have had the opportunity to handle Firebird AR-15's before as more than a couple of my shooting buddies own them. I also know the manufacturer personally. You CANNOT get a better AR, period. These rifles are custom built buy a man in NM who is literally the salt of the earth. The only other AR I have ever shot that's a Firebird's equal is a JP.

    Thanks guys, I just PM'd everyone who PM'd me.

    My Match schedule for USPSA is a bit weak since I have been practicing my nemesis...shotgun.

    For Sure, I will be at RM3G local at Aurora on Saturday April 17th and I will be at RM300 both days.

    It is pretty humbling to put on my match shirt and see that logo on my chest. It reinforces the sacrifice our soldiers make with their own lives. This is really the least I can do.
