    [HEAVY DOSE OF SARCASM]

I don't see what the problem is and why everyone is getting so worked up.

This poor undocumented worker, who came here to make a better life for himself, has been a victim to our anti-immigrant hatred. Hooray for him in maintaining his determination and not getting deterred by our archaic and descriminatory laws which fail to consider the rights of foreign nationals.

Unable to make a go of it within the established system, this poor man chose to engage in acts of entrepreneurship by retailing undocumented pharmaceuticals. Once again, our racist system which is designed to keep a good man down, makes his actions illegal.

Next, he just needed a little affection. Once again, our system has failed to consider his needs. Because of the negative stigma attached to undocumented workers such as himself, he was unable to find a willing companion to share in all that he has to offer. Because of this, he took matters into his own hands and engaged in undocumented love-making (rape is such a nasty word for this).

So, you can clearly see that this man didn't even have a chance within our system. At every turn he was forced to do things that we consider unsavory. Shame on us for not having the foresight to consider his needs and to leave such unfairly restrictive laws in place. WE must stand up and bear the responsibility for his actions since he is nothing more than a victim of our society.

I dont think it would be a problem in AZ if the guy was deported 9 times already. You would get fried for it here in this liberal state. They would mourn him and name a day in his honor.

Sounds like there might need to be a law change. After so many times committing crime here, he becomes our responsibility to deal with; which pretty much means throwing him behind bars until we can find the time to execute him.

If you look at the timeline of some of his deportations that article does give the impression that he served jail time before being deported. I'm pretty sure that's the law here as in most countries. If this guy is convicted of rape I doubt he's going to be deported right away and made to promise he'll never, ever do it again.

It's also interesting to note that although this is undoubtedly President Obama's fault, "[a]ccording to our sources, Madrigal's last contact before Sunday was around 2003."

No, to write these things I think of a sensible and intelligent person, and I take away reason and accountability and logic. What's left is what I know the majority of the liberal community believe.

18-1-704 Use Of Physical Force In Defense Of A Person
    1. Except as provided in subsections (2) and (3) of this section, a person is justified in using
physical force upon another person in order to defend himself or a third person from what
he reasonably believes to be the use or imminent use of unlawful physical force by that
other person, and he may use a degree of force which he reasonably believes to be
    necessary for that purpose.
    2. Deadly physical force may be used only if a person reasonably believes a lesser degree of
    force is inadequate and:
    a. The actor has reasonable grounds to believe, and does believe, that he or another
person is in imminent danger of being killed or of receiving great bodily injury; or
    b. The other person is using or reasonably appears about to use physical force
against an occupant of a dwelling or business establishment while committing or
attempting to commit burglary as defined in sections 18- 4-202 to 184-204; or
    c. The other person is committing or reasonably appears about to commit
kidnapping as defined in section 18-3-301 or 18-3-302, robbery as defined in
section 184-301 or 184-302, sexual assault as set forth in section 18-3-402 or 18-
3-403, or assault as defined in sections 18-3-202 or 18-3-203.
    3. Notwithstanding the provisions of subsection (1) of this section, a person is not justified
    in using physical force if:
    a. With intent to cause bodily injury or death to another person, he provokes the use
of unlawful physical force by that other person; or
    b. He is the initial aggressor, except that his use of physical force upon another
person under the circumstances is justifiable if he withdraws from the encounter
and effectively communicates to the other person his intent to do so, but the latter
nevertheless continues or threatens the use of unlawful physical force; or
    c. The physical force involved is the product of a combat by agreement not
    specifically authorized by law.
