Congrats! Its a REALLY tough market out there with some super stiff competition. I graduated in 08 an steadily saw the number of people in hiring processes grow. When I first started the academy, there would be 15-30 people for 2-4 positions. Lately its gotten out of hand! 75-125 people for 1 position and such, and then you gotta wade through all the laterals and people with degrees in CJ. Best of luck!!!!
