For some ballistics expert, this guy is an idiot.
Looking at google maps (3900 block of Pebble Beach Drive.) his house is about 2000 yards from the end of the 200 yard range making it about 2200 yards.
Even if someone was shooting 300 win mag (37+/-inch drop per 500yd) = 148 inch drop. That's freaking 12 feet of drop. Unless someone fired their gun in the air this didn't come from BRC.

Why the hell does the MILITARY not use a 300 mag. I personally know of NO Military weapon that is chambered in 300 mag. ??
