Yes they are operational he has employees who are running the store when he is not there as far as I have heard. I would call first before going there to make sure but it is a storefront and they do transfer’s for $20.00 for the first gun and $10.00 for each additional gun per transaction. He is also a Class 3 Firearms Dealer Class 3 Transfers $40.00. Jay is a great guy to deal with!!!

thanks--i've done transfers there and even at Jay's house back before the store opened. Just double checking that the operation is running when he's gone.

Josh (I think his name is, I'm terrible with names) is running the storefront while Jay is out. They don't have regular hours according to their sign, so I agree, call first. The gunsmith is still in on Tuesdays and Thursdays.

I have purchased several firearms through J&J back when he was in his house. I need to check out the store front.
My determination to not strike the first blow, but also to not stand mute and allow myself, and all that I believe in and stand for, to be trampled by men who would deprive me of my God-given, or natural right to suit my own end.

A little naked on inventory right now due to the gun show, but as you know, we have the Gallery Of Guns working for us! Shoot me a PM if you're looking for anything in particular. Or you can come down and shoot the breeze with us!

I just want to bump this up for jay. I had been working there since September, and I've had the opportunity to meet a bunch of the guys from the forum. Alas, time to move on and I got another job doing IT.
Jay is an awesome guy, please do not hesitate to do business with him. The guy replacing me is going to be my brother in law, and his customer service is top notch.
Jay took me in after I got out of the army, and took me on full time when I didn't even expect him to as I was just hoping to work a couple days here and there.
Buno for jay. Deal with confidence.

Good luck, freqlord. Dropped by to check on Jay yesterday & had the pleasure of meeting you. As you said, Jay is a stand-up guy & has earned the community's support.
