    Default Honda XL 175

    Howdy all,

Looks like I may be picking up a new project. I am a motorcycle newb. Where is a good place for new/used parts in Denver/Front Range?

My Google fu must be weak. Not finding the answers I need. What later Honda parts are interchangeable with earlier ('70) bikes? Any good tech boards for older motorcycles?

There may be some cracked engine mounts. Anyone know of a good aluminum welder?

    This should be interesting.

    TIA

And I replaced the base and head gaskets when the head gasket leaked. I had no idea what I was doing, got the motor back together, but now it is a bitch to start and sounds like the piston is hitting something. That was like 10 years ago though. I'd like to get it running again. Fun little bike.
