Those guys are a bunch of fairies. They act all hard core, then throw stink bombs and get mad when a ship comes near them. I sure enjoyed the footage of their boat getting cut in half last year.

I saw that too Dr Fwd, and figured it was if it was a Peace Terrorist, but then a few seconds later it looks like the IDF troops are all standing in the middle holding off the crowd. Maybe it is a paint ball gun with pepper ball rounds to try and be peaceful or something.
