anyone live up by aspen?

Camp Hale, Ptarmigan Pass, Shrine, McGalister Gulch are all great easy scenic (Ptarmigan is amazing) routes. McGalister is a bit more technical but it's worth it to be running over the top of the mountains. The view on all these are out of this world, I was just up there Jeepin' a few weeks ago.

Our family has a cabin over in redstone (about 20 minutes from aspen). There is some awsome trails out of the ghost town of Crystal City (LeadKing Basin). I believe that some of the same trails connect from aspen. There is always snow in that area year round. We hunt the snowmass-maroon bells area and find snow above 11k all the time. Ended up going up to Crystal lake (I think that's what it was called, right up by Marble, CO). Was very scenic and would recommend a visit if you get the chance:
