Saint Vincent w/ Bill Murray . Quirky flick, good ending. Spent a portion saying . HEY that's what his names old place. Or.. That's my grandparents street. Remember that park ?

High Castle will be watched when it gets real cold, snows on the ground, stew, or chili in the pot. Or something on the smoker.

Waiting for the rest of The Expanse to air on sci-fi. See how good it plays from the books or how bad they veer off track. Condensing 3 books into a limited series, maybe.

I think The Expanse is next on my list

I imagine you're right. Seems like it could be an annoying read. This review says the series is "wildly different from the book". I don't expect to be reading it. http://io9.com/man-in-the-high-castl...boo-1679953073

My opinion is that everything I've read from Philip K Dick is annoying. It's not that he's a bad writer, just...annoying. I read A Scanner Darkly and didn't like it, but mostly because he captured the druggie mind set so perfectly that it was painful to read. I think he had very interesting plot concepts that lend themselves well to fantasy/sci-fi directors. Which I guess is supported by the pretty long list of films adapted from his books:
    Total Recall
    The Adjustment Bureau
    Screamers
    Radio Free Albemuth
    Next
    A Scanner Darkly
    Paycheck
    Minority Report
    Imposter
    Confessions d'un Barjo
    Blade Runner

Watched Guardians of the Galaxy (excellent!) and The Man From U.N.C.L.E. last night. The later is the latest installment from one of my favorite director Guy Ritchie, who in my opinion makes some of the most realistic gun play scenes. Man from Uncle is based on the TV series and takes place in the 60's. The one car chase scene in the beginning is a bit hokey, and the characters use some tools that just didn't exist back then, but everything is done so well that it is a joy to watch. It's about time someone makes a movie with a sweet off-road chase scene!

I can't see the video from my browser, but if it's the one I'm thinking of, it looks bad ass.
