We had never even heard of it, and stumbled onto it toward the beginning. I almost changed it at a slow part, and am really glad I didn't. I was a very good watch and pretty intense. I think it might have appeared on HBO or something.
I read the book years ago. It was in July. Just reading it made me cold and my knees hurt. Joe Simpson didn't have the best of luck.

Ohhh, THAT scene. I reminded myself, and yes, very well done scene.

Oh my bad, I just looked back for the poster I remembered seeing

Stu, I have seen Requiem but I'll check out those other two.

Some more suggestions I came across yesterday sifting through my DVDs,

Mr. Brooks if you haven't seen it. If only to see Dane Cook get murdered....
Gommorah (Mob movie set in Italy so prepare yourself for some reading)
And 21 Grams (also a movie that shoots back and fourth but not quite as hard to get your mind around)

    Default My all time favorite:

"The Wild Bunch". 1911s, trench Win 97s, water cool machine guns, '98 7x57s, Argentine 91s, fun stuff!
Guess you can tell I'm old school.
