Species (horror alien movie, a series actually, about an alien/human hybrid that wants to procreate. As you can guess there is some adult content)

Dreamcatcher (not many liked this, but I found it to be very well made)

The X-Files (the movie does well enough on its own, but if you have seen the show a lot more of it makes sense)
