All time. I'm not a horror junkie, but I really appreciate good scary movies. The last recommendation I got for the scariest movie someone had ever seen was The Forth Kind and it was so bad I could hardly watch it.

Yeah, the Fourth Kind was bad...

My all-time list is pretty trite because it is mostly just the standards:
