Saw Savages last night...meh middle of the road and some of it seemed kind of cheesy and forced but worth a watch. The scene with Del Toro and Travolta was awesome.
"Lockout" = horrendous. So dumb. I should have known better.
OK, fess up. Who's seen "The Three Stooges" and what did you think?
Ok, I'm getting some serious mixed messages here.
Lockout was silly but fun ... I enjoyed it. Little bit of Escape from New York with a little bit of Die Hard (and then a touch of Star Wars at the end).
The original Three Stooges was always too stupid for me to enjoy, I can't imagine a modern remake wouldn't be significantly worse.

I thought lockout was hilarious. The opening and ending scenes were a little over the top as far as CGI goes, but Guy Pearce cracked me up. Having an actor who can ACTUALLY act pretending to be a one-liner tough guy? I dug it.

Haha! I can see the mixed messages. Everything seemed so forced in "Lockout" and I couldn't get past it. You know what you're getting with "The Three Stooges". I was just wondering if even came close to the original.

Three Stooges is, well, the Three Stooges. Will Sasso is the best Curly since Curly.
God Bless America is still my favorite movie of of the year.
