There's something for you. I always see PD, Coast Guard, Navy, Marines, checkstations, what have you, give MULTIPLE warnings almost to the point of where they reach the break point/danger zone. Is there a law or something I'm unaware of where they have to give multiple warnings?...

I understand trying to be nice and guy the guy a chance to stop etc, but after once when you KNOW they heard you (by turning around and flicking you off or something) why can't "guards" open fire?....
