It's just a large pedal powered tri-cycle with some skull on it. Lame attempt at being at all cool.

I believe this is the guy that rides up and down pearl street and collects money. He has another flag that reads: My ship has set sail.

The Jolly So-and-So is now available!

With neon fur, bamboo accents, and custom paint, she comes equipped with a sound system that consists of two marine-grade (water-proof, sand-proof, bounce-proof) 6x9s running off a 240w marine amp. The amp is powered by a deep-cycle 90 amp hour wheelchair battery, and runs to an Ottercase (a waterproof housing for an iPod video) that's mounted on the handlebars for easy music selection.

A lighting system that runs on three independent switches is mounted to the rear basket and controls neon green ground-effects and several yards of ElectroLuminescent wire, some of which flashes to the bass via a sound inverter. There is also a beat up skull mounted on the front with bright red LED eyes.

Two tiki torches that run off of the small green propane canisters are mounted to the basket as well.

She needs a little cosmetic attention, but is very solid mechanically.

May she find a loving home.

I will take cash or trade. Email me with offers.

    Thanks.

I think there could possibly be a backpack and longboard somewhere in that mess back there.

the backpack was cut up to make the surround sound covering and seat covering. The longboard was broken up to make the basket on the back... 2 mysteries solved!

    Sounds about right to me.
