Yes. Them's the rules. But I get what you're trying to say.

the RV honked several times as he obviously didn't have the power to pass them quickly without causing an issue for oncoming traffic while in the wrong lane. he was flipped off by the 2 guys on the outside, which I am guessing pretty well pissed him off to the limit, so when he was able he got next to them and gently nudged all 4 of them off the road down the hill! I watched a couple of them eat shit and thought it was FUCKING HILARIOUS!!!! they truly did deserve it IMO.
Are you kidding me?! I hope you reported the RV to the police! While, cycling 4 abreast, let alone 2 abreast on 36 is a stupid thing to do on the cyclists' part the RV actually caused harm using his vehicle to cyclists. This fucking pisses me off. I'm done with this thread as it is not only moved off-topic from the original post (banning bikers in Blackhawk) but it is now creating a hostile environment towards cyclists.

I hate to be an arse but cyclists create a hostile environment on their own.

At least you manned up and stated your view, despite its unpopularity. That's respectable.

If you don't hurry across the street when walking, or do your best to stay out of the way on a bike, then you shouldn't be on the road. I enjoy riding my bike as much as anyone else, but I give everything else the right of way. Kind of goes with the territory. Smaller more nimble things should always give the right of way to the larger things. The flow of traffic is much more important than the occasional trickle of pedestrians and/or bicycles.

I bike to work every morning, and I still loled.

Roadbiking feels wrong to me, and is intrinsically hazardous as fuck. I'd love to ride on the sidewalks, but that's (supposedly) illegal. Although I've ridden past ten motorcycle cops on lunch, and none of them so much as batted an eye.

This perfectly sums up my feelings. I've never done anything mean to a jogger or biker while I was driving a car.

hell no I didn't report him, I gave him a thumbs up when I passed him later just for the entertainment value I received. those cock fags didn't want to get over and felt like they owned a highway, wouldn't let traffic pass and got taught a lesson.

The fact of the matter is you are going to have douchebags with anything, doesn't matter if your ridding a bike or trying to shoot at rampart range. I road bike and really enjoy it. I pick the roads I ride on carefully and stay as far right as humanly possible and follow all traffic rules as if I were in a car. So please don't throw your beer bottles at me or try running me off the road. Not everyone out there is a douche.
