Every time I've ridden a bike on the road I feel super uncomfortable. I'd rather ride on the sidewalk. It is fun to see if you can go 30 mph on the shoulder where you aren't dodge telephone poles and indents on the sidewalk, but once a car blasts past you even faster, it's not fun anymore.


I'm kind of torn on the bike issue actually. I hear a lot of trash talking about bikers trying to go fast in parks, and not letting you pass on mountain roads, but I haven't had a lot of experience with that.

Personally, I don't think that bikes or pedestrians should EVER have the right away. Would you give a swimmer the right of way over a boat?
