Dang, didn't see this reply, could have sworn I was subscribed to this thread, but never received a message.

Here is an excellent website that I've used for years.

Default Any co-ar15 members into "wheeling"?

Going to be doing a little "wheeling" on the ATV tomorrow. Probably just up to Jenny Lake. Feel free to honk and give me the finger if I pass any of you on the way up or down.

Jenny lake, is that the same trail as the "Jenny creek" trail?

Yes. Nothing spectacular but it's a short drive from town and there will be a few novice riders in our little group. Jenny Creek trail is a bit tight and rocky if I remember correctly but there is a forest road we will probably go up on and then come back down the trail.

Yeah that trail was pretty rough last time I drove it, but the lake at the end is spectacular. I've got a pic from that trip that is pure art, I'll have to find it.

We usually camp near the trail head and ride up right out of camp.

I can imagine it would be a bit rough in a vehicle but it really isn't too bad on an ATV.

Yeah it was nothing compared to some of the trails I used to run in my Jeep, but alas I've got a baby now, and my Toyota is my only vehicle, so it needs to not be broken lol.

Jenny creek trail is likely on the higher end of difficulty, for trails I'm willing to run these days.

Here are a few photos from my Jenny creek trip years ago, they are via photobucket, so don't know how good they will be....
