My fiance and I are on our way home around midnight lastnight, waiting for the red arrow to change. SLAM, what the hell was that? A drunk driver, plowed straight in to the back of us, at about 30-35 mph, is my guess. Made for a little longer night then we wanted, but the good thing is we are both ok. As for my little ladies car... Bummer.

Glad you are OK- Same thing happened to my Mrs and I in 2001. The asshat that hit us was 3 times the legal limit and on his 3rd DUI. We spent 4 years fighting with insurance companies.
Lawyer up and dont settle on ANYTHING until you have an attorney.
I know we all despise lawyers but now is when you need one.
Dont pussyfoot with the scumbag.
