If it was single transferable vote, that's one thing, but if everyone gets six votes they'll all do what Mr Furano did and just vote six times for their favorite guy. Well, bear in mind the judge was a Bush appointee, so when Hispanics claim to be underrepresented the Republican party can point out that six times as many Hispanics as normal voted this time
