    Am I missing where it says Hispanics get to vote six times? It looks like everyone gets to vote six times. If it was single transferable vote, that's one thing, but if everyone gets six votes they'll all do what Mr Furano did and just vote six times for their favorite guy. Then it will look like an election in Iraq or something, population 30 million, number of votes for Saddam Hussein, 40 million

    You're totally right. It is all voters. Now I feel like a dumbass. Marlin can you change the thread title?

    I don't see how this can possibly help a class of people that is deemed to be "under represented."

    Well, bear in mind the judge was a Bush appointee, so when Hispanics claim to be underrepresented the Republican party can point out that six times as many Hispanics as normal voted this time
