Not quite clear on exactly what you want. Is it a cooler (heck, any Wally World has those), or an inexpensive soda machine?

If it's the soda machine thing, this will hold 18 cans and is cheap (doesn't take money, just dispenses by push of a button:

He means the kind with a clear glass door and just shelves inside. Like where you get soda from at the check out line at the grocery store. My uncle has a few, but he got them all from working at Coors.
