Default Need to protect the right to carry

We have made some progress forcing state colleges to drop thier conceal carry bans. CU(board of regents) is voting soon whether to continue to fight this battle. Need to make some calls and send email to let them know that we citizens who provide the tax dollars to operate the university will not accept CCW bans on campus. The Board of Regents are elected positions and can be voted out.

    Email from RMGOA

CU Regents to vote on campus carry -- act now!

Regents voting on campus carry -- act now!
Tonight and tomorrow, the CU Board of Regents willvote on whether their school should continue the legalbattle against concealed carry on CU campuses.

While state law is clear, Colorado University has beenengaged in a legal fight against permit holders -- and contrary to state law -- to outlaw self defense on all of their campuses (which puts the same dangerous blanket over Auraria).

Though Friday (6/25) will be a dog-and-pony show of public input, your chance to affect theoutcome of this vote is now!

Contact the CU Regents today, and urge all of themto allow self defense on their campus.

You can call them, e-mail them, or even fax them, but do so today.

Next time someone calls me for money I'll tell them that I'll only give to a school that allows CCW.

Good answer Stu, but a call or email to the regent for your area would help alot. Chance to tell them to do what is right and you will be watching. Crack the whip so to speak.
