I just took my kids camping at that campground last week, pretty scary kids were running all over the campground having a good time.

I guess you can't even go clear up in the mountains in the middle of no where and let your kids run around anymore. What a sad world we live in...

Sooo, the guy just tied them up and left? Missing a whole lot of "why" in that story. GI Joe in shorts didn't say anything that might point to a motive, or did the SO just not release that info...

I got a $1 says someone had some off-the-books agriculture up there. Saw a lot of that in CA when I was stationed there. Acres and acres of it, and they liked to guard it and boobie (calm down BigBear, yes I said boobie, but not the soft warm squishy kind in this case) trap the paths into it.

Or another possibility is someone finally cracked from the COAR-15 reservation...
