Very big victory indeed. As per the course, NPR reported this as a big victory for the NRA and their supporters. What a bunch of bull. Did the NRA even start this one? Didn't they just jump on the bandwagon on the DC one after some regular ole Joe took the state to court, then acted all pompous as if it were their idea?

Enjoy the day. The corrupt SOB Daley had announced before this that they would keep passing laws to restrict guns. I lived there long ago and I'm glad I'm in Colorado.
Now the lawyers make the money. It still is a great victory. The anti's cannot go for outright bans. Expect to see ammo taxes, storage requirements and other reasonable restrictions. When applied enough they make guns worthless. There will also be more attempts to ban cheap guns because nobody likes poor people so why should they be able to defend thempselves?
