    While this is a good sign, it like the Heller ruling are not a slam dunk. It leaves wide open means to regulate.


    On the other hand, if we had a SCOTUS that was following the Constitution the way it should it would have been a 9-0 decision..........
    The most important thing to be learned from those who demand "Equality For All" is that all are not equal...

    Precisely what I've been saying since the Heller decision.

    The findings are too watered down in both cases and the fact that these aren't 100% in favor of the individual is disturbing.
