    Default ex's and stuff...

So I just found a pic of my wife's ex on a friends facebook page.... It leads my mind to wonder what she ever saw in him. He's not what I would call her "type"...

Part of me feels angry for some of the stuff he did and part of me is curious as well. Anyone else ever have experiences like this?

For clarification, my wife and I have known each other since we were little kids (literally) but we've both have significant others over the decades... though this is my first (and only) marriage. Her second.

I get it. It all works out in the end though. She left him for a reason and she's with you for a reason. He ain't top shelf and you won.

Just let it go-it's healthier that way
Don't pick a fight with an old man. If he is too old to Fight, he'll just kill you.

Forgot to mention... Women look to befriend their ex's on FB because they want to show off how much better they have it now and to see what kind of dog the guy ended up with. Nothing more.

BIG rgr on that. I won't bring it up or anything. I never met the guy and he doesn't live anywhere near us, etc, so I could care less. It was just an "interesting" moment with weird feelings...

My wife did not befriend him. She wants absolutely nothing to do with the guy. This was a found picture on one of my wive's friends page... who she doesn't even talk to anymore so I don't know why they are "friends" but that's a different topic.

I am in a similar situation.

Neithor one of us worry about it.

My feeling is that it doesn't matter who is first only who is last.

We celebrated our 25th anniversary in March.

Wow, 25 huh? Congrats. I just finished my first in May. Trying to get to the family record (73) but I married too late to get that, lol...

Well, she doesn't want anything to do with him so leave it at that. Don't drive yourself crazy over nothing. I have and it's just not worth it.

I hear ya, but just be glad you don't have to interact with your wife's ex like I do. This guy is a royal piece of work. I won't go into the details because most of you here would get so infuriated, well, I'll give you one example. We're in the process of trying to get him to agree to a new parenting agreement. He's actually arguing that, should he become homeless, he should still be allowed overnight visitation with his 5 year old daughter. Can you believe it? Anyway, be glad it was just a photo as my hell happens every Friday.
