Police Chase on I70

Ran into this on my way home from the Cabin on Sunday. The Carnage was pretty bad, but it sounds like nobody was too seriously hurt, thank God. Like someone said in the comment section, anybody forsee an Ag trespassing plea bargain coming out of this? LOL

Ag Trespass would only be offered if a officer was injured. This will probably end up as Jaywalking or expired parking meter.

Im glad they caught that looser, I wonder if they finger printed him and released him without charges like some other recent thieves got.

Had it been a Law abiding citizen in the truck that rolled, they probably wouldn't have made it, it's these cockroaches that don't ever seem to go down.

I doubt if they just did catch & release. Cops tend to get pretty upset about dangerous chases. Going down I70 on a Sunday afternoon it must have mostly been on the shoulders. From that brief description the perp is lucky that stupidity isn't illegal.
