It was something with changing the Colorado constitution in order to change the casino laws. I don't remember exactly, but I think it was unnecessary to change the constitution, just to change a few gambling restrictions. Plus they had all that crap with college funding attached to it as well. In the end, I get to play craps and roulette 24 hours a day and bet up to $100 at a time.

My current girl "friend" wants to go up to blackhawk to have some fun and get away from her kids for a few days. She also wants to smoke indoor (shutter hitler....). So thank you for making colorado fun. And seriously i'm going to fix this snafu if I run and get elected to office. I will be the first rep to kick the shit out of a hippy just to prevent Colorado from becoming a haven for dipshits.

It seems to me that the only jobs left these days are the Walmart/McDonnalds type. Don't wanna pay you shit, then hire twice as many people as they need so you don't get any hours either.

All of our manufacturing jobs have been exported overseas, all of the trade jobs have been taken over by illegals, etc. etc. etc... How's a man supposed to make a decent living?

extend unemployment benefits? is 99 weeks not enough time to find a job? i am certain there are jobs out there, it is question of weather or not you get more money from the government or from a job. i had a hard time finding someone to work for me, the first guy didnt show up and "couldnt help me", the second guy worked for 2 days and then disappeared, the third guy is working well. he is early 20's and apparently is willing to work for a living. getting money from the government for almost 2 years while looking for a job is getting pretty darn close to socialism/ welfare.
i havent taken a paycheck from my company for 4 years. i know i could find a job, it may not pay what i am used to, but there are jobs.

^ I'm not out of work by choice and millions of people out of work spells a bigger problem than just people wanting to collect unemployment for 99 weeks.

Don't pick a fight with an old man. If he is too old to Fight, he'll just kill you.

Comment not aimed at you personally Anton, I don't know your current situation, only aimed at your comment. It seems to me, that if you are collecting tax payers money, I don't give a crap if the only job available is working at a pig farm for minimum wage. Now I don't doubt, a majority of the unemployed on this forum, are actively seeking employment. What I do know, is there are LOTS of people out there, that REFUSE to work at Mc D's or Wally World, because their pride will not let them (I happen to know a few of these people), and they are collecting unemployment. I was brought up, that it doesn't matter if you are asking "would you like that super sized" or "welcome to Wal-Mart", as long as you are earning your own money, and not leeching off of the Tax Payers.

Why would you be blasting the Democrat party if this fails? It's the GOP that's blocking it.
