    Default Best Defense TV

Anyone else watch Best Defense on The Outdoor Channel? I love this show. I have been watching it for a few years. It used to be about self defense tips, techniques, gear, mind set, etc. But this year it's called Best Defense: Survival.

It is now about what to do when SHTF. Things to think about, gear, tips, guns...last episode was about bugging out. Lots of what the show covers many of you have already thought of but there was a good tip on this last episode that I hadn't thought of. Taking practice runs packing your vehicle with your bug out gear. Hell, you won't know if all your gear fits if you don't give it a try first. I would hate to need to bug out only to find that I can't fit my gear in the vehicle.

Anyway, check it out on Wednesday on Outdoor Channel.

Not a bad show considering it's on TV I've been watching it regularly also. Good info and gear tips. I liked the pack they had on the bugout show,a bit pricey but nice gear.

I just discovered the interesting stuff on the Outdoor channel, but I watched this show a couple of nights ago and I was impressed, it wasn't bad advice overall.

Ranger-Wednesday is Range day on the Outdoor channel-several shooting related shows during the day and repeated at night. Spike TV also has 4 new gun shows that start at 7 a.m. on Saturdays

I don't have Outdoors channel. But I do watch Sportsman's channel, Thursday night shooting (605 Directv). They don't list any info on the channel guide so the DVR re-records old shows. Guns and Ammo and Personal Defense TV

Comcast hasn't picked up Sportsman Channel in my neck-of-the-woods yet. Personal Defense TV used to be on Outdoor Channel and I'd watch that too. You'd think Comcast would offer a channel like Sportsman's everywhere in Colorado even if it's just the little ol' metro area...
