Haven't been to that studio, but Krav Maga training is something anyone concerned about self-defense should study.

i started working next door to there in i think january and it was already open, we have a guy on our team that teaches it for a reasonable price for us

I trained at the one on Parker and Quincy for awhile. All I can say is GREAT stuff. I would really like to start training again, but it is kind of pricey. Not only is the Self Defense aspect of it great, but it will probably be THE BEST workout you have ever gotten. Especially if they do crossfit as well.
Also thought I would add, there are alot of imposters out there, so be sure whatever instructor you go with, is actually accredited by the International Krav Maga Federation.
