Default Carry at Arapahoe County Fair

Friend of my Dad's invited him to come up and watch him in the tractor pull, at the Arapahoe County fair this weekend. Dad wants me to come along. I was wondering if any of you have had any issues carrying at the fair? The last fair I attended, was the Colorado State Fair, and they were wanding people. I found Arapahoe's rules/regs online, and the way I read it, doesn't prohibit me from carrying, however that doesn't mean they won't have Security at the gate wanding people. Below is a cut and paste of their firearms policy.

    2) Unauthorized carrying or discharging firearms or weapons of any kind is not
permitted. Paintball, BB, pellet, air, blowguns, rocket slingshots, crossbows,
martial arts weapons, fireworks, and explosives are prohibited within the
    Fairgrounds.

Doesn't really specify what is authorized carrying and what is unauthorized. I would think a CCW would be authorized. Thanks for your input.

Seems that way to me from reading it.

Maybe call the Arapahoe County Sheriff's office and ask them

Went to the Fair last night, no issues at all. I guess I was planning on the Arapahoe County Fair, being similar to the Colorado State Fair, where they were wanding people, and wouldn't even let you in with a small pocket knife.

I once went to Taste of Colorado and turned around because I saw the police patting people down at the entrance. I came back from the car and they just smiled at me and waved me through. Turns out it was because I was white and was carrying my 1 year-old daughter on my shoulders.

Yeah, I probably would be patted down because I have visible Ink on my forearms (nothing offensive), lol. I really strive to not support events that do not support my rights, and it's tough sometimes, because there are things my GF likes to do (mainly Rockies Games and Concerts), that would keep me from practicing them. Guess that means I won't be attending the Taste of Colorado anytime soon.
