Yea, I'm just watching it now because of A) I'm interested in what type of weapons THEY consider in order for you to be "Top Shot" and B) My DVR system automatically cuts out all the commercials so I can at least bear it for 45 minutes (less after I skip all the drama and any time the host opens is pie hole).

Oh, do you REALLY want to know my setup? Ok, here it goes....
I have a media closet in my basement where all my network, phone and TV go. In the closet I have two servers, both running Media Center, connected to those are four Comcast tuners.
On Media Center you can add an add-on that reads all recorded TV, finds the commercials and clears them out, it's about 99% accurate - sometimes you get a false hit, but you can rewind it to fix the problem.
SO, I don't watch "TV" or "CABLE", I watch Media Center, which has Cable running in it. This setup also allows me instant access to my 700 movies that I've ripped from Netflix.
I'm a techno junkie, my whole house is automated, I never open a drape or turn on a light, my house does it all for me.
