We got one of those pull up things that fits in any trimmed doorway. It works fine and the only issue is that I'm so tall that my knees nearly hit the ground when using it.

I moved into a new place this weekend with a VERY neat workout facility. I will now begin the trek to lose some of this fat... prayers will be needed and appreciated! HAHA.
My spare bedroom has a safe, a computer and a kegerator in it.
I think I need to spend a few days a week just walking around the block a few times.
Baby steps, my bretheren. Baby steps.
Start off slow and work your way up-doesn't take long-I've never been a workout person until the last 2 years-feeling and sleeping better !!
Don't pick a fight with an old man. If he is too old to Fight, he'll just kill you.
X2 Start slowly, no reason to rush into anything. Working out definitely makes ya feel better. I go Mon/Tues and Thurs/Fri, with Wed and the weekends off, the weekends aren't so bad because I get to sleep in, but Wed morning at work, I can definitely feel a lack of energy. I try to run at least 4 miles every time I go to the gym (time permitting), so the energy rush I get afterwards is awesome.
