    I know I'm bad with money, so one of the first things we did before we even got married was to sit down and I told her EVERYTHING about my finances, spending habits, debts, school loans, what I'd like in the future (I'm a simple guy) etc and we came up with a plan to deal with it....

    Basically, what she says goes, and she holds onto the cards/etc. She only had one thousand dollars in debt when we married and that was due to a medical expense she had. She is a genius with the funds.

    Now I'm not a kid, this is just for big ticket items (40 inch TV, new car, firearms, etc).

    I still have "my money" that I use for whatever I want, usually gas, dates (with teh wife duh), etc.

    No. But if they ever change that 30 sec wait between post I might have the attention span to compete.
    Eeew a kitty.

    Since there are more hi jackers in this thread then hostages I thought I would mention that I'm working on getting my lights turned back on. Wish me luck! A pox on Xcel for thinking I won't just have a generator set up for the next time the power goes out for any reason.
