Got a new toy last night

Stopped at Gander Mountain last night after work and they had a Remington. 700 VTR there in desert Recon camo caliber was 308 it was used But you could not tell and I got it for 550 with a box of shells and a case. Can't wait to get it out this weekend.[LIST=1]

That made me sooo mad when I went there in January. Finally one of them condescended to acknowledge my presence but had such an attitude that I left and bought my pistol down the street.

I refuse to go there after being treated like an intruder when I asked a question to guy at the gun counter who was doing nothing more than holding it down. I've had reasonable good luck dealing withe guys at SW. SORRY-NEED PICS !!

Good shooter with a nice trigger. Shot my Dads last month. His will be taking moose and black bear. Shorter barrel has a tough time stabilizing heavier bullets.
