Anybody else remember when the Boulder Library had a display of "Phallic Symbols" (they were rather correct, if I remember the article I read) in at least one of their branches? And when people (parents!) made mention that they didn't feel that was appropriate, the Library folks blew them off and said it was art, and they wouldn't censor it. But you can bet that if someone did something with, say, Ronald Reagan or a gun it wouldn't have ever made it up in the first place. Sometimes, I think public flogging would be a good thing.
