FFL from individual?

I am looking at getting a Glock 17rtf2 with crescent serations, if Neves doesn't have one I will be getting one on line so I need to find an ffl tthat will receive from an individual. Anyone on here, or know one? Thanks.

PanamaDave is your man. Glock stopped production on them a while back so the odds of Neves getting one are are slim to none, they've also told me that the 4th gens are about all they're getting now.

ETA: http://www.edspublicsafety.com/ call them, theyre usually usually up to date with what Glock does. I nabbed the elusive G21SF RTF2 from them.
