Rgr that friend, the more I contemplate about what I heard (being a musician, I have a pretty darn good ear for all sounds) I can probably say that you're right. I probably heard the resultant wave from several bouncings from the buildings, etc. It was just "weird" that it sounded EXACTLY like an AR with a can.... never would've thought. I even thought (imagained I guess) that I heard the bolt striking.

Really? Well, now I just HAVE to get that holster for a G26 from you.... give me a few weeks to scrap the pennies.

I just never know how a IWB will work with me as I have a extended mag release on it... Never had any problems on OWB's, but sometimes it's a pain wearing extra long shirts...

Exactly, now it's almost a moral imperative, lol. No sweat though. I have a few Glock holsters right now if you want to try one out first before scrounging dough up. I hate having to dress around the way I'm carrying so unless I'm in the woods I pretty much never carry OWB.

I thought maybe it might have been a paintball gun, but if they said a handgun maybe a .22

heh, heh must be that new math,

    just giving you crap,

we hear gun shots in the neighborhood all time in our neck of the woods. i might be more concerned if i lived in the city, its usually just a neighbor with a good back drop, or another one chasing off a bear around here.
