I Heard on another site there had been racial tensions, sad it seems to be true.

Always do. Doesn't matter if the employee handbook allows it or not. I tuck it away where nobody knows and it has never been a problem nor will it. Oh, and unfortunately it's more than 1... the death toll is 8 and 2 wounded.
