Isn't that what you are supposed to do? You're supposed to cycle it several times and then ask a buddy to look down the barrel while you pull the trigger to see if anything odd has happened. If you are by yourself (this isn't easy by yourself), then you point it at your foot so you can 'feel' if anything is wrong with the barrel. You guys are SO amateur!

I don't feel bad for the guy other than now he has to live without a lower leg the rest of his life, go through therapy, maybe get an artificial leg, and learn to walk again.

I am still curious why they removed the foot, I have seen worse stuff on television shows or internet articles where the person kept their limb/hand etc. maybe he took out enough that it would have just been a dead foot and not functioned.

the positive side of this is it is another story for all of us to follow the rules no matter what level experience we have and not to dumb shit when we know better
