What I did this summer

If so, this is a Armored Security Vehicle (ASV) being assigned to MP units. Very cool! Has a M2 (M48 designation for this type of usage) .50 calibre on the left and a Mk 19 40MM grenade launcher on the right.

These have been fielded since 2001 and there are no secrets to them, except for the materials used for the armor. A check on the ol' internet for the M1117 Guardian will show that you can get your fill of information on them.
I just happen to think they are pretty cool looking. Pretty tight fit. I'll let you know tomorrow how they shoot.
