What's the Cherry Creek range like on teh weekends?

I was thinking about heading there some time, maybe this weekend. Does it get packed on the weekends? I see they have no range time limit. Wondering if I should get there first thing.

It gets pretty bad this time of year, esp in nov, due to all the hunters sighting in. I'd definitely get there earlier than later. They also have a 2 rifle per person limit from aug 1 -> nov 30.

I'd drive 1 hour to another range before I go to the CC range. However if you must, Saturday - Sunday early mornings are less crowded. After 11am or so, you'll have a waiting list.

If it is crowded enough they will put two people to a single station.........What a pain in the ass that is.
