Default I Need Help Picking a Rifle.... What Do you Think????

I have narrowed it down to 3 rifles. They are all on sale and what I think is a good price.

    1. Savage Edge with Camo Stock, Scope, and Matte Finish Barrel in 30-06$379
    2. Remington 700 ADL Heavy Barrel Varmit with Camo Stock, Scope and Matte Finish Barrel in 308 $499
    3. Remington 700 ADL with Camo Stock, Scope and Matte Finish Barrel in 30-06 $450

All are new in box. Which is a better deal? I am looking for a good all around, mulit purpose rifle. I am looking to hunt deer all the way up to Elk.

Remington 700's have a great history.

I just sold one of the Edge rifles in camo (for $365, BTW ) and it was a really nice gun. Hard to beat for the money.

Any of the 3 will serve you well. I prefer Savage as I think they put out a better product out of the box for typically a little better price. The AccuTrigger is either a love/hate issue but Savage does have an advantage with the floating bolthead. A Savage is also cheaper to accurize and if you are comfortable with it a lot of shooters switch calibers/barrels. With a Savage it is much easier than a Remington due to the barrel nut design and no machine work is required to swap barrels on a Savage.
You mentioned you are going to hunt with it. Do you want to lug around ANY extra weight? If not then toss the HB Remmy out of your choices.

All good choices as mentioned above but the Remington 700 in 308 is the "AR" of bolt guns. There are more modification parts for it than the other two on your list. Stocks, triggers, optic mounts, you name it somebody makes it. With that said, I would seriously consider a BDL over the ADL. It is nice to be able to drop the bottom from the magazine and unload as opposed to racking out the unused rounds.

Here is a photo of my 700BDL in 308:
