Nope, not a store front. Jay just runs his business out of his home. My lower was the first transfer I did there too.

I haven't been to the new store yet, but Grand Prix Motorsports has a new gun store. I just looked at their website and they do transfers for $25. (If you want a store front)

Call Bill Stark at 303-771-4593. He's an older, retired guy that just does transfers at home on his kitchen table. Charges $15 if you go by first to do the paperwork, $20 if you wait until the gun arrives to do it. He's in Centennial, I believe, kinda between the DTC and Park Meadows Mall, not far from Fiddlers Green. I found out about him here and have used him several times. He does so many he makes a pretty good living at it. No muss, no fuss, all businesslike.

My Older Boys (20 yr old) is having problems with "firing Line"
They are telling him that he cannot receive a COMPLETE AR lower receiver because he has to be 21.

    I Understand the stripped versions...
but a completed AR RIFLE Lower?

anyone able to clarify on that?

I will be sending him to Bill Stark since he is in the Aurora-Centenial Area

21 is only required for handgun. Lowers of any sort are considered "other". Guy just doesn't want to do the transfer, maybe fearing some sort of setup or something. Maybe you could make your son look like he's here illegally, apparently that's fine and dandy.
