Anyone watch this on the Discovery Channel? Pretty cool show that shows some of the training the different branches of the military endure.

I happen to be watching it right now. I don't know what all these guy's problems are either, I do like 3-4 pull ups a couple times a week and I don't see what the big deal is.
On a serious note, I can tell you right now, that the only chance I'd ever have of passing something like this would be because other people were doing it as well and someone was yelling in my face the whole time.

I've been watching it all night. Crazy training for sure. I agree with you stuart, I could maybe do it if I were with a group and getting yelled at. Although, carrying a 200lb dummy 3 miles thru CS gas would be pretty damn hard to complete.

I also want to make it clear that I'm not even saying I think I could do it. Just that I know that I always perform better in a group and/or with someone else to encourage me. I used to run all the time with a group, and when the group died down, my average mile time dropped a whole minute almost immediately.

Watching the Para Rescue Jumper episode now. All of these guys, this episode and the others, are some hard corps individuals.
