    Default Who's afraid of heights?

I saw this video a few years ago and have been looking for it since. I thuroughly enjoyed showing it to the fiance who is VERY afraid of heights. I can watch a video like this and be totally comfortable, but being there would be nerve wracking.

    Enjoy!

I got nervous just watching that. If they showed it in imax I'd probably have a panic attack.

Heights don't bother me - it's DEPTHS that I have an issue with.

So, think the union steward would come to his "place of work" to hear a grievance?

Was that a Stormtrooper following him up the tower?

Naw, you couldn't pay me enough. I'd eat drywall and cardboard to survive before I'd do THAT for a living.

Almost makes you wonder just how tall the "Tower of Babel" was supposed to have been.

I knew what this was going to be before I even opened the thread... not watching that again! It reminds me of this I watched a couple of years ago:

I would last about 3 seconds outside that elevator, freeze up, hands cramp then fall. I didn't consider myself afraid of heights but that's just crazy.

I've worked on steel 85-90 feet up, but that's just nuts.

I don't mind depths, small spaces, snakes, and so on; but open heights like that bother me.

Yeah, I also don't consider myself afraid of heights, but I wouldn't call myself comfortable either. Basically, the higher up I am, the slower I move and the less balance it feels like I have.
