So I live outside city limits and have a ditch then pasture behind my house, but I have some neighbors that are strange so I dont know their take on shooting. I have a squirrel problem, he keeps tearing up my lawn chair padding then he stares at me when I watch him like he's saying screw you! So last week I chased him off with my sons BB pistol that was on the counter but he keeps coming back. So today I sighted in a 22 rifle I picked up from another board member with sub sonic CCI ammo just for my squirrel friend. Then I found a box of 60gr "Sniper subsonic" from Aguila I had in my closet (never tried it) and I thought man that will be better then the 26gr I was useing. So I loaded 1 round sat at the kitchen table with the back door open and steadied my rifle on the back of a chair like I had done before and BANG!!! It sounded like I shot my AR in the kitchen Good thing the wife is at work. So that ended my backyard target practice, at least until my ears quit ringing!
