Littleton realtor recomendation

I have been looking for a house for a while with my Fiance. Seems like we have been spinning our wheels, and I'm fed up with the whole process. So I looking for a Realtor recommendation. Ours isn't working out. I'm not under contract. Here is what I want.

1. Working for the buyer, not looking to get the highest price for the house. Wont ask me my bottom line and tell the listing agent.

2. Will send recommendations that meet my criteria. I can find houses too but some help would be nice. I am narrowed down to my wants.

3. Willing to work with a family member I have back East who is a Realtor as well.

4. Shows up to listings with some basic info, like taxes, neighborhood info, comps.

This is what I am looking for. Am I being too picky? Thanks all!
